Elementary school examination has finished at June 2005 and I had got my announcement letter of pass from my elementary school. At those time I really happy because I had passed. And had a planed to continue studied at boarding school. During I enjoy my vocation I also thought how about life in the boarding school. After some weeks I got the information from my brother that he told me about the registration for new student has opened. So I took the agreement for going to the boarding school to register at Monday.

I went to boarding school with my father at 07.00 pm and we were arrived there at 08.30 pm. During the registration I got introducing with the other new student who were register too over there. And we were walked surrounding the boarding school that to saw the facilities, buildings, the rules and regulations, etc. Moreover at those times we were got the test to selection whose were passing to receive in those boarding schools. After two days I waited the result of our test. I got my letter of announcement and very happy, because I was passed to became a new student over there. After that I prepared my equipment for stay in the boarding school like my cloth, cupboard, books, etc.

At the middle of July I was came to the boarding school. When I moved from my house to the collage, many people were going along to take me to the boarding school. In addition, many of my new friend that I had introduce at we were registered also came with them family. When afternoon was came all of the parents went home. Moreover, I cried in my room, because my family leaved me in the boarding school for studying.

One month letter I usually missed my family and would went home, but my teacher did not let me went home, because I must study by hard to get my sentiment. One day my parent knew that I always would to go home. So them given me some advice. At those times I was award and looking for solution that would made me stand in the boarding school. In addition, I did some work that could made me stand over there.           Many countries in the world that a lot of corruption. Causing the economy of a nation will become chaotic and it can make the people become miserable, especially for low among communities. For example, Indonesia is one of 58 countries is civilize the corruption. It’s has became the culture of Indonesian governments. While the low among of communities can be miserable. The government has tried hard to overcome the corruption. As a result of corruption in the country of Indonesia is quite reduced in this government. Corruption is the bed culture for the governments in this world.

Firstly, Indonesia is one of 58 countries in the world is civilize the corruption. ­­­­many government in Indonesia took the opportunity from them position that to enrich them selves. So that it can make the miserable community, especially for the low among communities. This action was done because of the weak of low that was made by government. According to Lopa (1998) “highlights the greed of those in positions of power, who are often already wealthy individuals, combined with a weak system of law enforcement where investigations are poorly carried out and few prosecutions are made”. From the above statement we know the low in this country is very weak system. So it was given the opportunity for the government who will enrich them selves. The corruption also can occur that cause of indecisiveness laws applicable in the government in progress. Rose-Ackerman (1997:19–20) argues that “incentives for corruption are provided by the high level of funds and resources under the discretionary control of officials, combined with poor formal laws on corruption, the lack of credibility of law enforcers, and the poor conditions of civil service employment”. In Indonesia many people who served are the government largely that took the opportunity for corruption. They work together with corruption watchdog, so that they can embezzle state funds to their account. In addition, corruption also occurs in the including foreign investors and international financial institutions. According to Klitgaard (1998:4) asserts that “almost everyone who lives and works in Indonesia goes along with corruption including foreign investors, aid donors, and international financial institutions”. To conclude, Indonesia is bed country with its corruption culture.

 

Corruption has become the culture of Indonesian governments. It’s was happened in all of the institution at this country. For example, case of Gayus Tambunan. ICW legal researcher Donald Faris, on Sunday (21/11/2010), at ICW office, Jakarta, revealed 10 cases of irregularities of gayus. Firstly, Gayus snared in the case of PT SAT with state losses of Rp 570,952,000, and not on the main case, the ownership of accounts of Rp 28 billion. Secondly, Police confiscate property Gayus save a deposit amounting to Rp 75 billion. But, its development is not clear until this time. According to Donald (Sunday, November 21, 2010), “Until now, the sustainability of the examination of other accounts belonging to the nominal Gaius reached Rp. 75 billion would be unclear. The police seem much closed on account of the nominally much larger”. Than, Police still have not prosecute the three companies allegedly bribing Gaius, such as KPC, Arutmin, and Earth Resource. In fact, Gaius has admitted to having received money three million dollars from the company. And than, Kompol Arafat and the AKP Sri Sumartini has convicted. Than, Police set Gaius, Humala Napitupulu, and Maruli Pandapotan Manulung as suspect cases of tax PT SAT. Sixth, on June 10, 2010 Police Headquarters set Prosecutor Cirus Sinaga and Poltak Manulang as suspect cases of bribery in the case of tax evasion committed Gaius. Seventh, the Attorney General reported to the police related to the leaking of Cirus prosecution plans. Eighth, the Director General of Taxation reluctant to re-check the tax company that allegedly bribed Gatys ever since waiting for a new Novum. In addition, Gaius out of the Mako Brimob to Bali by using a false identity. Finally, Police refused Gaius case was taken over by KPK. In fact, the police seem to handle serious cases.

 

While the low among communities can be miserable. Act of the corruptors who embezzled state funds caused a shortage of food, shelter, clothing, etc. So they feel much oppressed by the corrupt behavior. Corruption in public administration produces an imbalance in community service. Corruption leads to distortion (chaos) in the public sector by diverting public investment into community projects where bribes and pay more available. Without realizing it, the poor have to deposit 2 times to the corruptors. First, the poor pay their obligations to the state through taxes and levies, land taxes and levies such as health centers. But their rights by the state are not considered, because "his money for the poor" has been drained for the benefit of officials. Second, efforts to raise state revenues through a rise in fuel prices, poor returns "deposit" for the benefit of the corrupt countries, although with a pretext for subsidizing the poor. And should the state request to return the money to corrupt the people that they are corrupt not the other way even adding to the burden of the poor.

 

 

The government has tried hard to overcome the corruption. According to Alatas (1986:49–50) suggests that “the most important factor in combating corruption is the moral and intellectual stature of leaders”. From that argument we should choice the high moral of government. So that can make them do the corruption. In addition, according to Lopa (1998) “emphasizes the importance of an effective system of management and monitoring of corruption to be administered by honest and disciplined officers”. The discipline government is more important for each country to make the economic that is better. Because if the government have to learn about the system of government. Salim’s (1998) argue that “overall strategy is to strengthen civil society, beginning with free and open elections”. Strengthening of civil society, will see a flourishing of non-government organizations and must entail assurances for freedom of expression. (Harahap, 1999)

 

To conclude the corruption is inhuman and can make the communities be a miserable. Its also can make the economic of the corruptors country will not stable.

Many people say that dating for a young people is can make them happy. According to this statement, most of people who get dating are happy to face their life. For example, when her boyfriend comes to her house and has planned to invite her for going to the tourism place. She feels happy and does not forget its time that when she go to the special place with her boyfriend. In another opinion, dating can motivate our live especially on education. Some people say that dating also make motivate on their life and their education. For example, someone will study by hard that to get the better result of exam. Because if they are getting the bad value from the exam that can make them shy to their boy/girlfriend. In addition, we can share our problem to our boy/girlfriend. Many people also have opinion that if we have problems we can share to them and looking for the solution to solve it together. For example, a girl has problems on her education. So she will shares or tells her boyfriend about what she fell at those times. So, they will find the solution to solve it.

On the other hand, dating for among young people say that dating can spend our time just for chatting. When someone have a boy/girlfriend, they will spend them time for chatting. So it can make their time for studying is very short and can make the regret on the back times. Another statement says that dating can make much of problem. For the women who has bad story about dating will say that it can make the problem. For example, a man leaves his girlfriend to gets relationship with another girl. So it can make the fight between a man and a woman. In addition, dating also can change people’s character. Most of people say that dating can change people’s character and life style. For example, there is a woman who diligent in her job. One day she gets a boyfriend and gets relationship between him. So her boyfriend always invites a woman that to visit the tourism place. Finally, a woman will forget that her job to go to the tourism place with her boyfriend.

Dating for among young people will give many effects. On the positive effect dating can make you be happy people It’s also can motivate our live especially on education and we can share our problems. While on the negative effect of dating it can spend our time just for chatting. In this century many kind of cell phones are available in the store that we can buy it easily. Therefore, most of the peoples have a cell phone, from among the children until the old people. This cell phone has negative effect. For example we can see the porn picture, movie, etc. This cell phone also has positive effect. In this situation some peoples do not turn it off and let it on. So when they are studying, they can access the internet from them cell phone. In addition, if the children can not that to keep him self from the pornography, it will make them easily to open it from the cell phone.

Awal bulan Juni selesai pengumuman hasil kelulusan di SMAku tercinta, aku berencana untuk berangkat ke Yogyakarta untuk melanjutkan jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Setelah menyiapkan berbagai perlengkapan yang akan dibawa, tiba saat yang dinanti-nanti datang dimana aku akan berangkat ke Yogyakarta. Azan solat asar telah dikomandangkan oleh mu'adzin di masjid akbar kampung halamanku. Dengan cepat aku ambil air wudhu dan kemudian sholat asar, setelah sholat usai keluarga berdatangan berpamitan untuk melepas kepergianku untuk menuntut ilmu.

"Hati-hati dijalan y, semoga kau bisa mewujudkan cita-citamu", perempuan lanjut usia datang menyapaku yang tidak lain dia adalah nenekku tercinta.

"Iya nek, terima kasih atas do'anya nenek"

Kemudia aku peluk nenekku yang sudah lanjut usia, begitu besar cinta yang aku rasakan dari dekapan pelukannya yang lemah lembut. Seakan aku tidak ingin melepas pelukannya namun kini waktu terus berlalu. Satu demi satu keluargaku berpamitan. Sampai kepada orang yang terakhir aku pandang wajahnya yang berbinat-binar penuh cinta suci nan abadi, dia adalah ibuku tercinta yang selalu menjagaku dari kecil hingga aku dewasa sampai saat ini dimana aku harus meniggalkannya.

"Jaga dirimu baik-baik ya nak, jangan sampai salah pergaulan di sana". Suaranya yang lembut membuatku tak kuasa menahan butiran air yang ada dimata bulatku.

"Iya bu, aku kan ingat nasihat-nasihat yang sudah kau berikan untuk anakmu ini".

"Jangan lupa untuk tetap beribadah ya nak".

"Iya bu, aku berangkat dulu ya do'akan anakmu ini supaya selamat dalam perjalanan dan sukses dalam menuntut ilmu".

Dengan berat hati ku lepaskan pelukan ibuku tercinta dan kemudian berlalu mengendarai sepeda motor yang digunakan untuk mengantarku ke bandara oleh ayahku tersayang. Namun sebelum berangkat terlebih dahulu aku menginap disebuah penginapan dekat bandara, karena jadwal keberangkatanku besok pagi jam 6.00 pada hari kamis. Aku dan ayahku sampai ketujuan pada tengah malam karena harus bertemu terlebih dahulu dengan temannya disekitar bandara.

Pagi sekali aku terbangun dari mimpi indahku untuk menyiapkan energi yang siap untuk berangkat ke Yogyakarta. tepat jm 5.30 aku berpamitan dengan ayahku dan kemudian terbang menuju Yogyakarta, namun terlebih dahulu transit di Surabaya dan melanjutkan perjalannan menggunakan pesawat lain menuju kota Yogyakarta. Dua jam perjalannan aku tiba di bandara International Adi Sucipto Yogyakarta. Setelah beberapa menit berjalan menuju ruang tunggu handphoneku berdering,

"Hallo assalamu'alaikum". terdengar suara laki-laku yang seumuran denganku mengucap salam.

"wa'alaikumsalam". aku jawab salamnya dengan nada agak rendah

"Kamu dimana? aku sudah di ruang tunggu ni".

"Aku sudah di ruang tunggu ni".

Setelah beberapa menit mengamati sekelilingku yang dipenuhi oleh banyak orang, seorang laki-laki mengenakan jaket warna hijau menghampiriku dan menanyakan namaku, dan ternyata benar kalau laki-laki tersebut orang yang menjemputku. Selang beberapa menit kami duduk-duduk menikmati keramaian bandara kami pun berangkat ke tempat tinggal temanku ini. Dalam perjalannan aku terkagum-kagum menyaksikan begitu sesak dan padatnya jalan kota Yogyakarta yang dilalui oleh kendaraan. 30 menit dalam perjalannan kami pun tiba di tempat tinggalnya dan tanpa aba-aba aku rebahkan tubuhku diatas kasur yang lumayan empuk tanda kecapekan melewati perjalannan yang jauh.

Beberapa hari tinggal di kota Yogyakarta aku pun berencana untuk mendaftarkan diri di Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta karena orang tuaku banyak yang mendukungku untuk kuliah disana. dan pada hari senin aku bersama temanku berangkat ke UMY untuk mendaftarkan diri. aku mengambil jalur CBT (computer basic test) untuk masuk di UMY dan akhirnya diterima dijurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris.Description: Cerita Awal masuk UMY Rating: 4.5 Reviewer: seputarwisata.com - ItemReviewed: Cerita Awal masuk UMY
